About the Clinic
A single-clinician aesthetic skin practice in Exmouth, Devon.
Hannah Jane is a private aesthetic skin practice located on Albion Street in central Exmouth. The clinic provides a focused range of clinically proven treatments for skin health, correction and rejuvenation.
My career in professional skincare began in 2008. I completed a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences at Exeter College, training alongside ongoing work at a local hotel spa to develop practical clinical experience from the outset.
On qualifying, I joined the spa team of a luxury cruise line and completed six weeks of intensive training in London before working onboard for four and a half years across the Caribbean. I subsequently took the role of spa manager in Tromsø, Norway, and later returned to the UK to open and manage a hotel spa in Exeter.
In 2014 I established my own practice in order to deliver treatments to my own clinical standard. The business operated across several locations in Devon before settling permanently in Exmouth. The clinic moved to its current premises on Albion Street following the pandemic, creating a private, central space dedicated to one-to-one client care.
I continue to train across new techniques, technologies and protocols as part of ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Aesthetics(in progress) - more advanced treatments again
Qualifi Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetic Practise - Including specialist training in dermaplaning, microneedling, advanced chemical peels and clinical electronic devices.
Edexcel Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences
Beyond formal qualifications, I undertake continued professional development across specific skin treatments and technologies as new evidence and protocols emerge.
I am also a Marini Skin Solutions UK Educator (training professionals in advanced skincare protocols)

Clinical approach
The clinic operates on three core principles:
1. Consultation-led treatment. All treatments are delivered following a full consultation, including a review of medical history, current skincare and treatment objectives.
2. Considered skin solutions. The clinic retails only products actively used in treatment protocols. Marini Skin Solutions and Jane Iredale are recommended as part of personalised homecare plans developed at consultation.
3. Honest clinical guidance. Where a treatment is not clinically appropriate, or where a different approach is likely to deliver better outcomes, this is advised at consultation.
A single-clinician practice
The clinic is intentionally small. Appointment numbers are limited to allow for thorough consultations, sufficient treatment time and continuity of care across visits. Every consultation, treatment and follow-up is delivered personally.
